Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp alternative soy sauce
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- sliced carrots
- 2/3 cup snow peas
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 16 oz lo mein or Chinese style noodles
Preparation:
Whisk together the teriyaki sauce, alt.
soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.
Cook the lo mein noodles until soft,
about 6 to 8 minutes, then drain.
In a large skillet or wok, sautee
the onions, then the rest of the vegetables in 2 tbsp of the olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes, or just until
tender.
Add remaining oil and the teriyaki
and soy sauce mixture to the skillet, then add the lo mein noodles. Allow to
cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently and adding more moisture
if needed.

Stir fry veggies for a couple minutes
Add sauce
Add noodles and mix in for a few minutes
