- 1 small bowl of mixed fruit (blueberries, pomegranate, raspberries, strawberries, cherries)
- Almondmilk (enough to allow it to blend ingredients together)
- 1 Frozen bananas
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin powder power
- 1/2 tsp goji berry powder
- 1 scoop of Raw hemp Meal replacement
