Baked veggies

Ingredients
1 zucchini (from garden)
1 sweet potato
button mushrooms
salt
organic veggie spices
1-2tb coconut oil
coriander powder

Recipe
Set oven to 425 degrees. Slice the zucchinis, sweet potato and mushrooms. Melt 1tb of coconut oil and coat sliced zucchini. Lay on parchment paper and sprinkle salt and spices. Do the same with the remaining 1tb of coconut oil and coat sweet potato slices, lay on sheet and sprinkle slices with spices.  Spread the mushroom slices on the sheet and sprinkle with spices. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Flip all pieces and bake another 15 minutes. End with 5 minutes on broil.  Serve and eat!
