4 Ingredient Fruit Popsicles

My 4 or 5 ingredient Fruit Popsicles

3 Mango Popsicles - Mango, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream (non dairy) and coconut water and honey
1 all inclusive Popsicle - layers of all kinds of popsicle mix

1 Blueberry Popsicle - Blueberries, almond milk, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream and honey
2 Blueberry/Banana Popsicles - Blueberries, almond milk, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream, honey and banana
1 Raspberry Popsicle - Raspberries, almond milk and honey
2 Banana Popsicles - Banana, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream, almond milk, honey and splash of vanilla extract

And I mixed in the remaining, which was blueberry/banana, raspberry and a little banana mix and swirled it together in a paper plate for a big mixed one.

I loved the texture of the banana one! It was soft and creamy (not at all icy) like a fudgesicle.
All the ingredients I used in the 6 different popsicles
3 Mango Popsicles - Mango, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream (non dairy) and coconut water and honey
1 Blueberry Popsicle - Blueberries, almond milk, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream and honey

2 Banana Popsicles - Banana, vanilla coconut milk ice-cream, almond milk, honey and splash of vanilla extract
I forgot to take photos of making the Blueberry/Banana, Raspberry Popsicle, but here they all are...ready to freeze

3 Mango Popsicles,1 all inclusive Popsicle, 1 Blueberry Popsicle, 2 Blueberry/Banana Popsicles, 1 Raspberry Popsicle and 2 Banana Popsicles

Freeze overnight - then they're ready to eat! I had one floating stick...the plain blueberry one...but I think it's because it was the only one where the stick wasn't so snug to the top! Last time I soaked them all to address this issue, but realized it wasn't much of an issue because they fit so snug...also learned that sticking them in all the way is best because although longer sticks are nice, the were super tough to get the lid off because of how snug they were in, ended up shaving off some of the wood of the sticks from the metal lid on some of the sticks I left longer, because some slightly tilted, yet frozen that way.
There was a little bit of the blueberry/banana, Raspberry and banana mix left over so put that all in a mug
It fit Perfectly into a paper cup! So gave it a light swirl and ready for freezing
Used some foil for a sturdy top to hold the stick
Made one mixed one in the mold too with Mango, blueberry/banana, raspberry and banana.
