A delicious gluten-free and dairy-free meal made with flax seed angel hair noodles to substitute wheat, and coconut milk and nutritional yeast to substitute any dairy (milk and cheese).
Ingredients:
gluten-free angel hair flax noodles
cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
coconut milk
coconut oil
red onion
tomato
nutritional yeast - to get folic acid, vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6
coriander spice
black mustard sees
Himalayan salt
Recipe:
Steam veggies lightly (not over done, slightly undone)
heat up coconut oil with crushed coriander and black mustard seeds
add onions, saute for a couple minutes, then add tomato
add veggies and stir until all mixed
boil water, add noodles and bring to boil for 10 minutes
drain rinse noodles
add 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast and coconut milk
heat until all mixed
Add creamy noodles to veggies, and stir to mix in on low heat and it's ready to eat.
