Detox

 Dr. Mercola discusses Dr. Yu's Detox Regimen


The Detox plan discussed included taking Niacin (not only does it remove toxins, but also heavy metals like mercury, aluminum, fluoride etc.) then doing an exercise for about 20 mins (example rebounding) then going in a sauna for 40 mins (or any heat source), and lastly taking active charcol (that removed all the junk from you internally). 


Another very interesting tidbit I learned is the use of taking an activated charcoal tablet, that absorbs everything, to take out out of your body...example if you overdose on medications, or get food poisoning, or drink to much etc...very interesting!  But you don't want to take it right after a proper dose of medicine because it will flush it all out as though you didn't take the medicine.


This video below is what turned my life around to focus on totally non-toxic lifestyle!  There is a story behind it, it's not a magical video...but I wanted to explain to a friend what a niacin flush was, so i googled it and came across this video, and from there I watched all his other videos on health and toxic-free living, and I was instantly shaken up to wake up and realize how toxic my daily life really was (something we don't all care to be aware of because we love our unhealthy products and foods, so not everyone wants to burst that cozy misinformed bubble).

This interesting video explains how to do a rather severe detoxification. I say severe not because it is difficult. The description sounds very easy. He does have a warning however. This will release toxins from the blood, but you must be careful to get it right out of the body as if the toxins are re-absorbed, they can be reabsorbed into the brain where it is more difficult to get it out.
