Vegan wrap

Today I decided to do something a little different, and try out some vegan pre-made products, and put together a wrap. It was delicious!

Ingredients
  • Black Rice Tortilla - gluten-free
  • Tofurky (Italian sausage with Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Basil) Meat-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan
  • Go Veggie - Vegan cream cheese
  • Almond Cheddar Style - Vegan cheese alternative
  • Vegenaise - vegan mayo alternative
  • Sabra hummus
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach
  • Sriracha

Directions
Slice the Tofuky into strips and heat with some oil in pan until hot and preferable crisp.  
Slice the almond cheddar and place on black rice tortilla. Heat the Tortilla to soften (the cheese alternative will melt as well).  
Add some hummus, Go Veggie cream cheese, Vegenaise. Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and spinach. Add the Tofurky on one side and squeeze some sriracha ontop for an extra kick. Fold and it's ready to eat!
