Yum yum, Spicy may & Eel sauces


 Simple Spicy Mayo:
  • Veganiese (vegan mayo alternative) or Real Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha (to desired spiciness)
  • Dash Mizkan AJIPON Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce

Yum yum sauce (Deluxe spicy mayo):
  • 1 ¼ cups Veganiese 
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon organic sugar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup water 
  • Squirts of Sriracha

Eel sauce (Unagi):
  • 1/2 cup Low-sodium soy
  • 1/2 cup Organic sugar
  • 1/2 Mirin Japaneses sweet cooking rice wine
  • 1 tsp corn starch (optional for thickening)  
Mix all ingredients of each sauce. 

 All ingredients for Simple Spicy Mayo - Mizkan AJIPON Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, Sriracha, I taste tested it with Veganaise and Mayo. Thankfully Veganise won for me! The healthier option :)

 All Ingredients for Yum Yum sauce - Veganaise, tomato paste, butter, garlic powder, paprika, organic sugar, cayenne pepper, water
 Mix all ingredients until well blended. Add Sriracha until desired spiciness
 Sauce is ready to use.
 All ingredients for Eel sauce (unagi) - Mirin, low-sodium soy sauce and organic sugar
 Heat and disolve all ingredients...let cool before use.
