Now that my day consists of such an intense workout, I like to start my day with a powerful punch.
- 1 scoop Raw Hemp Meal Replacement
- 1 spoon Goji berry powder
- 1 spoon wheatgrass powder
- 1 spoon pumpkin seed powder
- 1 spoon raw cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp Betaine powder (healthy part of beets)
- 1 banana
- almond milk
- ice cubes
I used about a little less than a teaspoon of each powdered ingredients, apart from the Betaine, which I used just a 1/4 measured teaspoon. Make sure your banana is nice and ripe. I didn't measure the almond milk, but filled my Magic Bullet up with almond milk and ice, after all the ingredients were added.
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
