Dr Robert Cassar on How to make a detoxifying Hibiscus Flower Water. You can add Hibiscus Flower Water to the diluted Blue Green Algae water for an interesting nutritious combination. The Water turns a deep iridescent bluish purple color.

Ingredients:

½ gallon of the purest water you can find, Dr Cassar uses 9.5 pH alkaline water

2-3 drops of ESP concentrated Fulvic Minerals

1-2 tbsp of Chia Seeds (optional)

Agave Nectar to taste (optional)

Directions:

Add water and to a ½ gallon mason jar.

Sprinkle the 2 tbsp of Hibiscus Flowers onto the top of the water and let sit for about 4 hours.

Does not need to be refrigerated at this point.

Strain the flowers out and add desired ingredients, put the Hibiscus tea in the refrigerator.

Each time you pour some tea from the jar, you can add 1-2 tbsp of Chia Seeds to your glass if you wish.
