Easy Home Exercises to Prevent Neck, Shoulder, Mid Back and Low Back Pain

It is far too common that we have patients that complain of neck and shoulder pain, as well as mid back and lower back pain. These symptoms very commonly are cause by a posture in which the head translates forward off the shoulders and they have a loss of the proper neck posture/curve. This will put a stress on the spinal joints and the nervous system, which will not allow your body to function optimally.
