Deepak's simple mediation tips



Preferably mediate in the morning, or late afternoon
Starter time preference – 15-20 minutes twice a day
Use the mantra So Hum (“So” on in breath, “Hum” on out breath, mentally/silently)
Observe the breath. You don’t have to control it. It will deepen on its own
Have nature sounds or soft music in the background
Preferably sit comfortably instead of lay down where you can fall asleep
Visualize your dreams before meditation…silence your thoughts during mediation (observe thoughts that arise and let them go, don't focus on them)
