9/10/2012 - Dino kale and 4 watermelon visible...2 in front and my Big on in the back, with a smaller one behind it (the 2 in the front were Perfect when opened up!)
9/10/2012 - My broccoli decided not to sprout this season...decided I'm not going to plant it next summer
9/10/2012 - marrigolds are blooming wonderfully:) And the collards in the background are huge and keep growing, as the curled Scotch kale is also still producing well, and almost a daily meal for me...I will miss it greatly in the winter!
9/10/2012 - Red Russian kale is also producing plenty as I need it
9/10/2012 - My 2nd round of Swiss Chard didn't do so great...I noticed a lot of the roots being exposed and eaten up by some animal! The roots get Huge and thick so some sort of small animal must have munched on it, because half of a few were totally gone
9/10/2012 - a view of my tomatoes and peppers...we experienced our first frost yesterday so I hope they all survived! I covered them but not very well:( Ran out of covering, and didn't go back home to get more
9/10/2012 - The view of my Cauliflower...and like the purple broccoli, it also didn't sprout...I guess they both did not like the long very hot very dry summer! I watered them diligently, but I couldn't control the heat
9/10/2012 - the raspberry bush that decided to grow behind my cucumber plans which are now removed
