Grounding

When you excessive too much especially using equipment like treadmills etc you cause a lot of free radicals to flood because there are exposed to EMF's (Electro Magnetic Field), and one way to help from this is to stay "grounded" while exercising.

Can electromagnetic fields (EMF) from power lines, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers and appliances cause brain tumors, leukemia, birth defects, miscarriages, chronic fatigue, headaches, cataracts, heart problems, stress. nausea, chest pain, forgetfulness, cancer and other health problems?

Numerous studies have produced contradictory results, yet some experts are convinced that the threat is real.

Ancient Secrets for Super-Rejuvination: How to Effortlessly Re-Charge Your Body and Mind for Maximum Healing and Regeneration! David Wolfe LIVE at the Longevity Now® Conference 2011

Re-Charge Your Body and Mind for Maximum Healing and Regeneration!

Don't use products while they're recharging (something I need to remember with my ipad and emjoy). You get blasted with as high as 12-15 volts! As opposed to .2 or.12 volts unplugged.  And eating Raw foods stimulates the right brain to be dominant! Finally I hear the reason why Raw foodist can thrive on less sleep!  I've read it in so many sources but no one knows or explains why. Also suggested is doing a hand stand to rejuvenate adrenaline...that's great because it was suggested for blood flow in the scalp to aid hair growth so it already became a part of my day:) To shut adrenaline off you just lay down, when you do a handstand/headstand you shut it off so rapidly it rejuvenates you (this is part of yoga).

Very interesting- discusses pillows! and the need to be completely horizontal to actually turn off adrenaline (hmm I don't know how well I could adjust to no pillow but I guess I will try!) It also suggest when sleeping on your side use your arm (it's the right size for your neck support). He also mentions sleeping on your back or stomach without a pillow (that I actually do, when I sleep on my tummy I toss my pillow).  He also explains why rest aids in healing...and Grounding. Heaven+Earth =Heart

When sleeping- sleep in dark room, don't eat right before sleep, don't have sweet drinks before bed.

24 volts! Watch this video to see what I'm referring to

What is Earthing?
We live on a planet that is alive with natural energies and subtly pulsating frequencies caused by "free electrons." Walking barefoot on the Earth, as humans have done throughout history, naturally discharges electrical stress from our bodies by facilitating the reception of these free electrons up into our system.
The free electrons on the surface of the Earth are easily transferred up, into, and throughout our body as long as there is direct contact with the ground. These electrons restore our body's natural internal electrical stability and rhythms, which in turn, promotes normal functioning our body systems.
This process remedies an electron deficiency, which in turn reduces inflammation (a common cause of disease.) It shifts the nervous system from a stress-dominated mode to one of calmness. By reconnecting to the Earth, you enable your body to return to its normal electical state, which makes you better able to self-regulate and self-heal.
What Can Earthing Do For You?
  • Diffuse the inflammation and improve or eliminate the symptoms of many inflammation-related disorders.
  • Reduce or eliminate chronic pain.
  • Improve sleep in most cases.
  • Increase energy.
  • Lower stress and promote calmness in the body by cooling down the nervous system and stress hormones.
  • Normalize the body's biological rhythms.
  • Thin blood and improve blood pressure and flow.
  • Relieve muscle tension and headaches.
  • Lessen hormonal and menstrual symptoms.
  • Dramatically speed healing and help prevent bedsores.
  • Reduce or eliminate jet lag.
  • Protect the body against potentially health-disturbing environmental electromagnetic fields (EMFs).
  • Accelerate recovery from intense athletic activity.
