Unleashing Your Inner Happiness: Crafting Natural Endorphins for a Better Life

Title: Unleashing Your Inner Happiness: Crafting Natural Endorphins for a Better Life

Endorphins, often termed the body's natural painkillers and mood enhancers, play a crucial role in our overall well-being. These endogenous opioids, produced within the brain, are pivotal in reducing pain and inducing feelings of pleasure or euphoria. While it might seem like a lofty goal to regularly harness this internal pharmacy, integrating scientifically supported activities into your daily routine can significantly boost endorphin levels. Here's how you can create your own natural endorphins and enhance your quality of life with enjoyment and ease.

1. Exercise: The Physical Joy

Why It Works:

Exercise induces what's often referred to as "runner's high," a phenomenon where physical activity triggers a significant release of endorphins. This makes it a powerful tool not only for physical fitness but for mental wellness.

How to Incorporate It:

  • Morning Walks or Runs: Start your day with a brisk walk or a light jog. Doing so not only kickstarts your metabolism but also sets a positive tone for the day.
  • Group Fitness Classes: Sign up for yoga, dance, or spin classes. The social aspect can amplify the endorphin release, as communal activities also trigger those happiness hormones.
  • Home Workouts: On busy days, opt for short, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions at home using online workout videos. Even 15 minutes can make a difference.

2. Music: The Melody of Happiness

Why It Works:

Listening to music is known to stimulate the brain's reward centers, leading to a surge of endorphins. Music can be especially powerful when it resonates emotionally with the listener.

How to Incorporate It:

  • Daily Playlists: Curate playlists of your favorite upbeat or relaxing songs. Listening during commutes, while working, or even during workouts can enhance the experience.
  • Music Breaks: Schedule short music breaks during the day. A 10-minute dance session to your favorite tunes can be incredibly invigorating.
  • Live Music and Jam Sessions: Attend concerts or engage in group music-making activities. Playing instruments and singing together heightens the communal and euphoric experience.

3. Social Interactions: Binding through Bonds

Why It Works:

Being in the company of others, especially those we care about, triggers the release of endorphins along with other happy hormones like oxytocin. Human interaction is essential for emotional health.

How to Incorporate It:

  • Regular Meetups: Plan regular get-togethers with friends or family, whether it’s a weekend brunch, evening coffee, or virtual hangouts.
  • Join Clubs or Groups: Engage in community groups that align with your interests – book clubs, hiking groups, or hobby classes. Shared activities foster connections and collective happiness.
  • Volunteering: Volunteering time for causes you care about can create a sense of purpose and increase endorphin levels through both physical activity and social interaction.

4. Laughter: The Universal Medicine

Why It Works:

Laughing triggers the release of endorphins, enhancing mood and creating a sense of communal well-being.

How to Incorporate It:

  • Comedy Shows and Movies: Set aside time to watch your favorite comedies or stand-up specials. Sharing a laugh with friends or family multiplies the effect.
  • Game Nights: Organize regular game nights with friends or family. Games that encourage interaction and humor can lead to plenty of laughter.
  • Daily Humor: Start your day with a funny video or a humorous podcast. Integrating small doses of laughter throughout the day can keep endorphin levels steady.

5. Mindfulness and Meditation: Inner Peace for Outer Joy

Why It Works:

Mindfulness practices, including meditation, have been shown to increase endorphins and other mood-enhancing chemicals in the brain.

How to Incorporate It:

  • Morning Meditation: Begin your day with a 10-minute meditation session. Apps like Headspace or Calm provide guided meditations tailored for all levels.
  • Mindful Walks: Combine exercise with mindfulness by paying careful attention to your surroundings during walks. Focus on your breathing, the sensation of movement, and the nature around you.
  • Bedtime Routine: Wind down with a calming meditation. This can help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and ensure you conclude your day on a positive note.

Conclusion

Incorporating these endorphin-boosting activities into your daily routine doesn't have to be a chore. By blending physical exercise, music, social interactions, laughter, and mindfulness into your lifestyle, you create a holistic system that enhances your emotional and physical health. The key is to choose activities you genuinely enjoy and start small, gradually making them a natural part of your life. The results? A happier, more balanced you, thriving on the natural chemicals your body is perfectly designed to produce.

15 things to stop doing to add ease to your life

15 Things You THINK Are Making You A Better Person (But Aren't)

We put so much pressure on ourselves to do, be, and have more, we exhaust ourselves to the point that we can't do much of anything. I realized this by reaching that point myself. So, rather than trying to just push myself harder, I decided to stop. Just stop.

Dedicating yourself to anything for 40 days is a beautiful gift you can give yourself.

I cleared my coaching calendar, took no new clients, put speaking events on hold, and canceled meetings. I figured my best shot at finding balance would be to stop trying to achieve, for the sake of achieving, to hold onto some perceived sense of momentum, and look inward, to find the things that really, truly motivated me.
As a life coach and self-help author, I realized that my vocation of serving others actually requires me to serve myself first. Regardless of your profession, honoring your own needs is the first step towards being able to live well and be of service to others.

Dedicating yourself to anything for 40 days is a beautiful gift you can give yourself. My 40-day practice had one mission: to become my own best friend. Now, four weeks into my six-week program, I feel better than I have in my entire life. I’ve learned how to truly listen to my inner guide, I’ve lost more than 15 pounds, and my mental clarity is spot on. I’ve eliminated sugar from my diet and started a regular yoga practice again.

My life has transformed, and the only thing that changed was my decision to give me what I need

Most of us are over-committed already. So, the thought of layering additional obligations on top of job, kids, and everything else can feel prohibitive. What worked for me was cutting out habits or self-imposed commitments that weren't working. That means anything that wasn't making me happier, healthier, or better.

Here are the 15 things I stopped doing to help me reach my newfound levels of personal freedom, self love, and health. What do you want to give up?

1. I’m no longer going to finish books that lose my interest. I trust I learned what I needed to learn.

2. I'm no longer going to feel guilty for leaving food on my plate. Instead, I'll listen to my body.

3. I'm no longer going to ignore my inner voice. I'll act on my intuitive urges.

4. I'm no longer going to listen to others’ opinions about my life. I'll do what feels right for me.

5. I am no longer going to worry about money. I'll always have everything I need, and I allow abundance to flow.

6. I'm no longer going to think my life is off track. I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

7. I'm no longer going to perceive my flaws as negative qualities. My imperfections are what make me a gorgeous human.

8. I'm no longer going to deflect compliments. Instead, I'll drink in the kindness.

9. I'm no longer going to chastise myself for my mistakes. They are learning opportunities; I'll embrace them all.

10. I'm no longer going to obsess about how or when my dreams will happen. I'll allow myself to enjoy the journey even more than the destination.

11. I'm no longer going to compare myself to other people. We are all on our own unique journeys.

12. I'm no longer going to apologize for saying what I feel is right. My voice and point of view matters.

13. I'm no longer going to force myself to do anything I don’t want to.

14. I'm no longer going to give more faith to my fear. Instead, I'll choose love.

15. I'm no longer going to put others first. To love yourself is not to be selfish. If the inside is nurtured, the outside will flourish.

The Dalai Lama's Tips for Living Your Best Life

http://www.kenlauher.com/Portals/40296/images/DalaiLama-resized-600.jpg
Some great quotes from the Dalai Lama.

1 - “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.”

This quote refers not just to romantic love, but complete love without judgment -- of ourselves and of others. To love others, we must first love ourselves, which means acting in harmony with our true life purpose every day.

2 -  “If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them.”

This quote has been paraphrased in a number of ways. This simple statement is so profound. Like the physician's Hippocratic oath to do no harm, we should always look for ways to help others. But, if we can't find it in ourselves to help others, maybe because we are so down and disheartened about our own situation that we feel we don't have the means, the least we can do is not cause harm to others. Imagine how much happier everyone could be if everyone on earth followed this simple philosophy?

3 - “We all seek happiness and shun suffering, but as human beings we are distinguished from others by our intelligence. If we allow it to be controlled by negative emotions like hatred, the consequences are disastrous, but if we use it positively, we can not only recognize our predicament but also train our minds and ways of thinking, which enables us to transform ourselves into better, happier people.”

This quote is one of my favorites and, in my opinion, needs no further explanation.

7 Life Lessons Happy People Have Already Figured Out

https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/33/1a/81/331a810d644ab1f44a06d2b67e6356e5.jpg

Life doesn’t come with instructions. No one hands us a manual when we are born. Instead we have to navigate the trenches of the unknown and try to suck in the experiences with an open heart and courageous action. But what happens when life doesn’t go as planned?

Is happily ever after and smooth sailing reserved for the privileged or uber-happy folks? Not quite. Even people who seem to ooze joy were born with the same lack of instructions as everyone else.

In some cases, the happiest people in the world have been through the most difficult circumstances. So how is it they can access inner peace effortlessly and pull through life’s difficult patches with grace and ease?

The thing all happy people have in common is the ability to look at life situations as growing opportunities.

We're always shifting and shaping into the person we can ultimately be. But happy people seem to learn the life lessons and practice them daily.

Trust that the rough patches of your life can ultimately groom you for a deeper understanding of who you really are. If you want to be happier, you can learn these seven life lessons extraordinarily happy people already figured out.

1. It isn't what you have that matters. It is what you do with what you have.
That extra weight on your body, the nose you want to change or the size of your thighs are all insignificant aspects of who you are and what you are capable of achieving. When we obsess over the things we hate — about situations or ourselves — we don’t have room to focus on new opportunities.

Happy people know complaining about what you don’t like will keep you from embracing life fully. Let go of your insecurities and self-criticism. Learn to see yourself the same way as people who love you.

2. Be where you are, not where you think you should be.
So many of us race around trying to catch up to the future version we see in the mirage of what “should be.” This constant thirst for something more prevents us from being fully in the moment — right now. If you're waiting for more, you are missing the rich layers of potential in the present. Stop waiting for something other than this and know you are right where you need to be to get to where you want to be. Acceptance of this moment is key.

3. Everything and everyone has its own time and place.
People, jobs, even places we live have expiration dates. Happier people seem to understand the surrendering power that comes with the art of letting go. Humans have seasons to the soul, much like nature. We can embrace the changes and recognize letting go is not saying goodbye, but simply a new beginning with fresh awareness and new perspective.

4. Resistance is a form of self-sabotage.
Stop trying to make it what it isn’t. Just accept what is. The partner who doesn’t do what you wish. The job that feels soul-sucking. The body type you can’t seem to achieve. All of those are forms of resistance. The refusal to see things as they are by masking the truth with candy-coated lies is a direct route to unhappiness. Instead of trying to change things, people or places, let them be.

5. You will see what you believe.
We've all heard, “When I see it, I'll believe it.” But the happiest people in the word have already figured out believing is a mandatory first stop. Every revolutionary game-changer believed in his vision long before they saw it come to fruition.

Martin Luther King, Steve Jobs and Gandhi are all people who believed with every cell of their bodies in their vision. What is your goal and deepest desire? Your only mission is dive in so deep that the belief it is possible beams from your pores.

6. Fear of the unknown is a byproduct of settling.
Many of us hang our hats (even subconsciously) on the fact that the future can be intimidating, especially if we don’t have a clear plan. Whether you want to leave the job you hate or leave a burdensome relationship, changing directions in life can bring up our deepest fear of the unknown.

But happy people have learned fear of the unknown is actually a subtle byproduct of settling and playing it safe. Every happy person has felt that same fear but courageously stepped forward into the unknown. Then they quickly realized how peaceful and joy-filled the journey can be. Remember, fear is always worse in our heads. Once you take a step forward, the fear will disappear.

7. You fit in just as you are.
Most happy folks I know, including myself, have learned true happiness is not about trying to fit in with the world, but realizing we all fit in as we are. Instead of trying to change, manipulate or force yourself into outer ideals, practice self-love and acceptance. When you can trust yourself and be present with where you are in this moment, you will feel the ultimate expression of undulating freedom.

5 No-Fail Ways To Get (And Stay) Happier

Do you ever wonder why some people are happier than others? As a life-coach and author, I discovered that despite our vast differences, we are more similar than we realize. We all want love, acceptance, and appreciation. It's our strategies for achieving these things that vary. In general, people see the world in one of two ways: full of possibilities or full of obstacles. Your interpretation of the world creates your reality.

If you're trying to reach a new goal, you have to do what you have not done before.
Here are five ways to shift your perspective that can make a huge difference in the success of your life's pursuits.

1. Stop focusing on problems that don’t exist.
Problems are an inevitable part of life. But how we approach them depends on our worldview. An excuse-oriented person falls back on reasons it can’t be done. Maybe it’s been done before, or it will take too much time or money, so they throw their hands up in the air and say, “why bother?”
Solution-oriented people look for answers in the unknown territory of life. They are the trendsetters, inspirational leaders, authors you love, or creative types tackling problems head on. They are the people who, instead of saying it can’t be done, say, “Watch me.”

2. Visualize results.
People fall into one of two buckets when it comes to making their dreams come true. They will focus on all the reasons it can’t be done or the results they want to see. If you are trying to reach a new goal, you have to do what you haven’t done before. That requires you to focus on the possibilities. Results-driven people often make their dreams come true faster, and they are happier, healthier, and wealthier.

3. Assume it can be done.
Last week I proposed a problem for my students to solve. One student raised her hand and politely said, "It can’t be done." I smiled and replied, "With that mindset, you’re right. But if you assume it can be solved, you will be able to solve it." The students who thought they could solve it did. Those who said it couldn't be done stayed stuck.

The results we see in life are based on what we think. What you think, you become. If you want new results, look for new ways to approach old problems.

4. Know when to break the rules.
Steve Jobs, Pablo Picasso, Ghandi: all visionaries praised for their innovation. Without breaking rules, they wouldn't have made the same impact or contributions that they did. That doesn't mean all rules were meant to be broken. They exist to keep order in place.

But breaking rules with a purpose — relinquishing limiting perspectives to come up with creative solutions — is a necessary part of the creative process. Give yourself permission to break rules when you feel limited by them, as long as your actions won't negatively impact others.

5. Believe the world is a kind, loving place.
We attract what we believe. If you look at the world in a negative light and see hate, sadness, and pain, you will feel more of that in your life. But when you focus on small acts of kindness, on love, on opportunity, and on hope, joy will be yours for the taking.
Life is what you make of it. Make it something great.

20 Habits Of Highly Authentic People

Meeting someone living a uniquely crafted life is a breath of fresh air. These people are rare – it takes courage and self-confidence to be who you really are despite reactions from skeptics and attempts to bring you back to conformity and a false exterior. If you’re ready to show to the world the real you, this post might just be the beginning of your journey to authenticity.

Here are the 20 things that authentic people do differently:

1. They aren't afraid to express their opinions even though those opinions might be different than the opinions of the majority.

2. They never apply advice given without firstly consulting the guide within.

3. They are driven to action by the inner-motor rather than external triggers.

4. They’re proud of their unique traits that make them stand out from the crowd.

5. They have unique daily rituals, like making coffee in a special way or meditating
in candlelight before going to bed.

6. They allow their friends and people they meet to show their true selves.

7. They search in conversations for depth, and not for gossip or emotional news.

8.They’re perfectly happy in their own company and they’re great friends with their own selves.

9. They value experiences over things.

10. They make the most out of the situations they find themselves in, be the situation bad or good.

11. They don’t judge others because they look beyond the external facade of words and appearances.

12. They talk less because they conserve energy for wording things that matter.

13. They listen closely because they’re fascinated with exploring the depths of
other beings.

14. They don’t complain as they take full responsibility of their lives.

15. They have high self-esteem and appear confident because they have nothing to hide.

16. They don’t get upset when someone obviously dislikes them. They allow others to form whatever opinions they wish to have.

17. They see beauty and perfection in things that other people dismiss.

18. They try to support others and sincerely wish for people to grow and reveal their unlimited selves.

19. They let go of critical and ill-wishing people, although they don’t hold any bad feelings towards them.

20. They see the unity and interconnectedness of all life, and hear the harmonious symphony of the world in all life’s situations.

The To-Do & Not-To-Do List

 http://cincomom.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Be-Kind.jpg
Wayne Dyer says, “Stop giving energy to the things you don’t want.” This advice changed my life. I realized that if we all followed a “To Do List,” that is a positive spin on the "Not To Do List"  then we would find a whole lot more time to guide our time towards what is important.

Tim Ferriss, author of The Four-Hour Work Week gets straight to the point when he writes, “Not to do lists are often more effective than to-do lists for upgrading performance. The reason is simple: what you don’t do determines what you can do.” Personally I like to focus on positive things, and stick to the to do lists;) But here are both.

So let’s keep things simple, here is a quick list of what “Not-to-Do” to live an inspired life.
  1. Don’t be mean or snarky. (Instead: Be kind.)
  2. Don’t judge. (Instead: Be receptive and open.)
  3. Don’t compare. (Instead: Recognize and celebrate others achievements.)
  4. Don’t disrespect. (Instead: Be respectful of other people, situations, time and things.)
  5. Don’t hold grudges. (Instead: Forgive people, situations and yourself.)
  6. Don’t be selfish. (Instead: Be thoughtful of others, life is not a game of solitaire.)
  7. Don’t be ungrateful. (Instead: Be content with what you have: it is always enough.)
  8. Don’t deny responsibility for the quality of your life. (Instead: Be responsible for your thoughts, emotions, body, and actions.)
  9. Don’t lose your sense of humor. (Instead: Be funny, laugh a lot – even at yourself.)
  10. Don’t assume the worst. (Be positive, hopeful and assume the best.)
  11. Don’t be stingy, (Be generous with everything especially your time, love, and money.)
  12. Don’t lose interest. (Be curious, creative and actively filled with wonder.)
  13. Don’t stop listening. (Be an active listener and hear what is not being said—and not said.)
  14. Don’t get stuck. (Be open to change and new perspectives.)
  15. Don’t act conceited and think you know everything. (Be a life long learner.  Never stop growing and humbly expanding your knowledge.)

And if you are like me and must have a To-Be List: (Better than a To-Do List)
  • Be kind.
  • Be receptive and open.
  • Be joyful. Celebrate others achievements and accomplishments.
  • Be thoughtful of others.
  • Be respectful of other people, situations, time and things.
  • Be forgiving of people, situations and yourself.
  • Be grateful and content with what you have, it is always enough.
  • Be responsible for your thoughts, emotions, body and actions.
  • Be funny, laugh a lot – even at yourself.
  • Be positive, hopeful and learn to assume the best.
  • Be generous with everything especially your time, energy, and money.)
  • Be curious, creative and actively filled with wonder.)
  • Be an active listener and hear what is not being said as much as what is not.
  • Be open to change and new perspectives.
  • Be a life long learner. Never stop growing and humbly expanding your knowledge.

10 Choices You will Regret in 10 Years

http://media.merchantcircle.com/29991259/Wall%20-%20Live%20your%20dreams_full.jpeg
“One decision can develop into a habit, and the habits you form create your reality.
Here are 10 choices that carry significant weight.
Learn to be conscious of the decisions you make so you can do your best to live like a champion:”
 by Angel Chernoff
1. Wearing a mask to impress others.
If the face you always show the world is a mask, someday there will be nothing beneath it. Because when you spend too much time concentrating on everyone else’s perception of you, or who everyone else wants you to be, you eventually forget who you really are. So don’t fear the judgments of others; you know in your heart who you are and what’s true to you. You don’t have to be perfect to impress and inspire people. Let them be impressed and inspired by how you deal with your imperfections.

2. Letting someone else create your dreams for you.
The greatest challenge in life is discovering who you are; the second greatest is being happy with what you find. A big part of this is your decision to stay true to your own goals and dreams. Do you have people who disagree with you? Good. It means you’re standing your ground and walking your own path. Sometimes you’ll do things considered crazy by others, but when you catch yourself excitedly losing track of time, that’s when you’ll know you’re doing the right thing. Read The 4-Hour Workweek.

3. Keeping negative company.
Don’t let someone who has a bad attitude give it to you. Don’t let them get to you. They can’t pull the trigger if you don’t hand them the gun. When you remember that keeping the company of negative people is a choice, instead of an obligation, you free yourself to keep the company of compassion instead of anger, generosity instead of greed, and patience instead of anxiety.

4. Being selfish and egotistical.
A life filled with loving deeds and good character is the best tombstone. Those who you inspired and shared your love with will remember how you made them feel long after your time has expired. So carve your name on hearts, not stone. What you have done for yourself alone dies with you; what you have done for others and the world remains.

5. Avoiding change and growth.
If you want to know your past look into your present conditions. If you want to know your future look into your present actions. You must let go of the old to make way for the new; the old way is gone, never to come back. If you acknowledge this right now and take steps to address it, you will position yourself for lasting success. See the book The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business.

6. Giving up when the going gets tough.
There are no failures, just results. Even if things don’t unfold the way you had expected, don’t be disheartened or give up. Learn what you can and move on. The one who continues to advance one step at a time will win in the end. Because the battle is always won far away and long before the final victory. It’s a process that occurs with small steps, decisions, and actions that gradually build upon each other and eventually lead to that glorious moment of triumph.

7. Trying to micromanage every little thing.
Life should be touched, not strangled. Sometimes you’ve got to relax and let life happen without incessant worry and micromanagement. Learn to let go a little before you squeeze too tight. Take a deep breath. When the dust settles and you can once again see the forest for the trees, take the next step forward. You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going to be headed somewhere great. Everything in life is in perfect order whether you understand it yet or not. It just takes some time to connect all the dots.

8. Settling for less than you deserve.
Be strong enough to let go and wise enough to wait for what you deserve. Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been to stand up taller than you ever were before. Sometimes your eyes need to be washed by your tears so you can see the possibilities in front of you with a clearer vision again. Don’t settle.

9. Endlessly waiting until tomorrow.
The trouble is, you always think you have more time than you do. But one day you will wake up and there won’t be any more time to work on the things you’ve always wanted to do. And at that point you either will have achieved the goals you set for yourself, or you will have a list of excuses for why you haven’t. Read Randy Pausch’s The Last Lecture.

10. Being lazy and wishy-washy.
The world doesn’t owe you anything, you owe the world something. So stop daydreaming and start DOING. Develop a backbone, not a wishbone. Take full responsibility for your life – take control. You are important and you are needed. It’s too late to sit around and wait for somebody to do something someday. Someday is now; the somebody the world needs is YOU.

Living a more fulfilling life

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiRq0VqgZO5xt97N0ejJW8Yat_44ZFRHtYns1OG7S6vz-04qOSw8PuM7SQDyYZn9WlMyCz2VjFRsqDt2YyrbCJ4b9R14QL71LrOPpbj9d4skwItNY9KgQ8U8RLA8BwaAKNq2pFdgK7hvcRW/s1600/responsible+for+my+own+happiness.jpg

Nothing is more important than feeling good… how you feel is everything.

Stay out of other peoples pies/don't giving a rip what they think of yours.

Take responsibility for creating it all.

That which is like unto itself is drawn.

You never get it wrong, and you never get it done.

The Universe is not responding to your reality. The Universe is responding to YOUR PERCEPTION of your reality.

The joy is in the journey…enjoy every moment.

You are where you are… make peace with where you are, then focus on where you want to be (not where you don’t want to be).

Thoughts create things…the "how" is not your work.

Do the emotional journey before the action journey.

Resistance is using the contrast to decide what you don't want…release resistance to allow what you do want to show up.

Allowing is using the contrast to decide what you *do* want…and focusing on that.

Focus on what you want to flow your way instead of what's being flowed to you.

Find something to savor and appreciate in each moment.

Wherever you are is all right and wherever you are, you have choices now.

When you're not having fun, you're sort of missing the point of being here.

You can BE, DO and HAVE anything you want if you want it bad enough...lend it your pure positive doubt free focus, and it WILL show up.

Imagine more, observe less (unless what you're observing thrills you).

Self Love/Appreciation IS allowing.

Focus.... on what you want while appreciating what you have. Even if you can only sense the essence of what you want - as long as you can focus on that - magic will happen.

Gratitude is the quickest shifter into a more positive vibration.

Anger is relief, and so is revenge, and it is okay to feel these vibrations on your way out of depression.

THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS JOY
THE BASIS OF LIFE IS FREEDOM
YOU CAN BE, DO, OR HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT

There is no lack, no shortage of anything, there is always more than enough of everything, Everything!

Close the gap between where you are and where you want to be…choose happiness now and it will flow to you.

Your happiness is your greatest gift to others.

It is never too late to find a good feeling place about anything.

Things will constantly change to match the feeling you have inside.

You am where you am and from there you can go wherever you choose to.

Law Of Attraction is not optional. When you give your attention to what you like you get more of it.

When you give your attention to what you don't like, you attract more of it, as well. It is your choice and your responsibility to create deliberately and joyously.

Focus on the beauty of the City, not on the tiny pot-hole on 6th Avenue.

There is no limit to feeling good.  There is always a better feeling place - even when you are in ecstasy.

Reach for a better feeling thought always.

Pre-pave what your desired outcome would be…it has no other choice than to show up for you.
There is only a stream of wellbeing…allow it.

Your Life is all your movie – you’re the writer, you’re the director, you’re the producer, you’re the casting director, you’re the set director, you’re the costume designer, you’re the star.  You get to make whatever movie you’re thinking about – so you really want to watch your thoughts and find the most enjoyable ones to focus on!

What are the differences between happy people and unhappy people?
This is a very straight forward answer right?
Happy people are always smiling and unhappy people are always finding faults with people, having a frown on their face happens almost every day.

Well that is correct but we want to know how exactly a happy person becoming happy does and how we should avoid getting into the state of unhappiness.

1. Love vs. Fear
Happy people are always having less fear and they love a lot more. They believe that by doing things fearlessly, they will not have any regrets.

They see each moment, each challenge as an opportunity to discover more about them; stepping up to another level of their comfort zone and that is when they start to aim for even more. . Things might not work as planned, however, they have gave it a shot.

 2. Acceptance vs. Resistance
Happy people understand that some situations are not within their control and instead of trying to resist or salvage it; they will accept the situation and thinks that everything happens for a reason.

When unpleasant things happen to them, they don’t try to fight it because they know it is going to make them even more unpleasant. Instead, they will calm down and ask themselves, “What can I learn from it this and How do I make it better?”  They always focus on the positive, rather than on the negative and they see life as a meaning journey to complete instead of just seeing it as just 365 days a year.

 3. Forgiveness vs. Hatred
Happy people are aware that it is not healthy to hold on to anger. They choose to forgive and forget, understanding that every single humans being make mistakes and forgiveness is a gift they gave to themselves.
They know that it is not going to benefit them if they are always holding on to anger and their relationship between both parties might turn sour and it is not going to be worth it

"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned". ~Buddha

4. Trust vs. Doubt
They trust themselves and they trust people around them. Whether they are talking to anyone and I mean anyone, be it, the cleaner of the company, the boss etc, somehow they always made them feel that something is very special and unique about them.

Because of that, they learnt to treat everyone with love, pride, respect and make no distinctions between age, sex, position, race, or religion. “Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.”

5. Meaning vs. Ambition
They do the things they do that because it brings them meaning into their life. They see it as a vision and purpose to complete in life so they are always looking forward to help the world when they are awake. They understand that “Doing what you love is living in life of abundance” As long as you are doing that, wealth will naturally flow it.

They are more concerned about the values they share to other people rather than just making money out of that. They are not motivated by money and what they need is actually to make a difference to the world, doing what they love. “Do what you love and you do not have to work for life”

6. Praising vs. Criticizing
Happy people usually don’t criticize the absence of the behavior to reinforce because they know by doing so; it’s not going to do any good. Rather, they always don’t hesitate to praise the person and they will actually encourage the positive behavior, making them feel good about themselves.

Think about the times u are being criticized by people and do you like to hang out with them often? I doubt so because that will only make you feel inferior about yourself and you wouldn’t want that to happen. How about hanging out with people that are always praising you about the good things u did, you are feeling happy and you wouldn’t mind spending the whole day talking to them about your personal problems.

7. Challenges vs. Problems
Happy people see problems as challenges, as opportunities to explore new ways of doing things, understanding that the mistakes that they did will be a progression in their future.

8. Selflessness vs Selfishness
They do things not solely for themselves but putting other people’s interest as well. They make sure that they bring meaning, empowerment and values to other people and they share the best of themselves just to make people happy.

9. Abundance vs. Lack/ Poverty
They are always thinking about living in an abundance of life. Even though some of them might not achieve it but deep down in their mind, they have already achieved it and they are going to attract all the abundances into their life.

Apply Laws of Attractions – Think about what you really want, visualize the things that you are receiving it. Feel the joy of having the things you wanted in your hands right now and you will slowly attracting it. The universe is like your catalogue, granting whatever you wish for, it’s even better than a genie’s bottle because it has only three wishes.

Take for example, you are thirsty and you wanted a cup of drink. You wanted it so badly that your mind started to appear images of that drink. Our brains are actually made up with lots of images, jumping from one image to another image. After that, you will realize that the universe actually granted you that cup of water. Use that to attract things that you really wanted and prepare to receive it.

10. Dreaming Big vs. Being Realistic
Happy people don’t really mind about how people view them as long as they are not causing bad to people. They dare and love to dream big, always listening to their intuition and heart. They strongly believe that even they do not manage to get the moon; they will still get the stars.

They have strong beliefs of themselves and are always looking forward to improve themselves every single day.

They are kind to themselves and other people because it made them feel positive about life and they understand the power of self-love, self-acceptance and self-forgiveness.

12. Gratitude vs. Ingratitude
No matter where they are, they are always feeling grateful about life and showing gratitude to people who have did something for them. It doesn’t matter how simple or how tough the kindness act is but they have a strong level of gratitude of people. They will be giving thanks to people every time and by showing gratitude, there is a strong energy surrounding you, making you to feel happy.

13. Presence/ Engagement vs. Disengagement
They know how to live in the present and dreaming of what their future will be. They are willing to do whatever it takes to have progression on them.

14. Positive vs. Negativity
No matter what happens to them, they still remained positive and believe that they will be someone who is less fortunate than them since they do not have any limitations about themselves. They are always grateful that they have the chance to stay alive, pursuing what they want in life.

15. Taking Responsibility vs. Blaming
They take full responsibility about themselves and they don’t see the need of blaming other people because it is not going to solve anything. It will only make them feel that they are not in the wrong but still, the problem is there. By pushing the blame to other people, you are in fact giving away all your power. They choose to keep their power, taking full responsibility for everything that happens.

16. Complaining vs Finding Solutions
Most people are always complaining about everything and they are not always happy about people, their bosses or anyone that annoys them. By complaining, you are actually attracting more negative emotions into yourself and you are not going to feel good about it.

Happy people tend to spend the time on solving the problems instead of complaining.

17. Failure vs Success
You have been taught in school that failing is a very bad thing and it only determines that you are a failure. That concept does not apply to the real world; in fact, it is going to benefit you in the long run. Failing is a learning process and you will only learn when you fail.
"If you win, you will be happy. If you lose, you will be wise."
