Prism Super Mineralized Liquid Salt

Dr Robert Cassar shows How to make 'Prism Super Mineralized Liquid Salt' with BLUE-GREEN ALGAE (BGA)

This salt is the most compete salt on the planet with the BGA and minerals/silica added. Our 'Salt Elixir' has all of your B vitamins including B-12 and other micro-nutrients from the super vibrant color of the blue, indigo and violet within the prism salt solution. The Salt we are using is a real liquid crystal so it fractals the light and colors that's also why we call this a Prism Blue/Violet Solé Salt.

Its easy to make it yourself ! This 'BGA Elixir' is a Liquid Crystal salt (Solé) this is 26% maximum concentration. We have introduced the best salt we can find in the world which is a Pink crystal salt from a "closed cave mine" deep in the mountains of the Himalayas. We add a high pH water base Blue Green Algae water to coarse ground, or rock sized, salt in a 32 ounce glass jar. We then add 30-45 drops Magnesium Concentrated minerals, 2 drops Fulvic Acid, 4 tablespoons of Living silica and some red hot chili's to marinate in the salt brine... It's Magical!

This will make a max of 26% strength salt solution. Dr. Cassar adds a small amount to all of his drinks to help increase his conductivity. Using the Blue Green Algae concentrate for the base instead of water is a great way to get your Vita-B12 and it has also three MAO inhibitors in the BGA too.

This nutrient rich liquid Solé Salt is one of my newest inventions for you to try. It is a concentrated crystalline salt mixture full of all the minerals the body needs in liquid form. Clean alkaline water with work fine but I personally use Blue Green Algae water because it is full of Vitamin B12, which is deficient in many Vegetarian and Standard American diets. Also try adding hot chili peppers to really get things moving. This liquid salt has it all. Dr. Cassar

Ingredients:
1 wide mouth 32oz (4 cups) glass jar with a plastic lid (BPA free)
2 cups clean alkaline water, or concentrated Blue Green Algae water
2 cups Himalayan Salt (course ground or rocks work best for making Sole)
½ tsp of Shilajit Powder
30-45 drops (1.6ml) of ESP Ionic Magnesium Concentrate Minerals
4 tbs of ESP Living Silica
2-3 drops of Fulvic Minerals

Optional: Add 1/4 tsp of organic cayenne, 3-5 hot red chilis, or chipotle chili peppers

This Blue Green Algae Sole Salt solution does not need to be refrigerated (room temperature is just fine)

Directions:
Fill the 32 ounce jar about halfway with Himalayan salt crystals (try to use the coarse or the salt rocks) Fill the rest of the jar with alkaline water, leaving about an inch of room at the top. (optional use 12-16 ounces of the Blue Green Algae concentrate instead of clear water this gives full vitamins incl B-12 and other vitamins for full minerals)

Bonus Tip: To increase my bio-magentical/electrical daily "body + mind" charge, I get a 1-2 ounce dropper bottle, then add 1/3 of this BGA liquid salt, 1/3 of the bottle of Concentrated magnesium with trace minerals and 1/3 living silica and 1/4 of a tsp of Organic cayenne. Now your ready to shake it up! I put 1-2 drops under my tongue every hour all day long. This keeps my mind really sharp and my body not as hungry, wanting food. This is also great to add to your water or tea beverage for Super Minerals.

Ingredients- blue green algae (that looks blue in person and purple in photos!), Rock salt, fulvic acid, Live Silica and Shilajit
Purchased from: http://earthshiftproducts.com
Added the blue green algae water (made 2 days ago) into the rock salt...a beautiful blue color...more true to how it actually looks than the photo above that turns it purple!

Added 2 while habanero peppers, cut into half each

The Shilajit powder turned it a brown color...ready to sit for a day:)

7 Natural Pain Solutions

Maybe it’s a stiff lower back. Or a pinch in your neck. Whatever it is Dr. Oz has an all-natural solution to help.

These days, so many of us spend hours slouched in front of the computer or hunched over the steering wheel. Throw in a past injury, a family history of arthritis, or maybe pick up a heavy box the wrong way, and you can suddenly find yourself among the 116 million Americans living with pain each and every day.

Dr. Oz presents seven solutions to help make that pain a thing of the past.

Back and Neck Pain Relief

The most troublesome spots tend to be in our back and necks. That’s because every time you move, you bend your spine, squishing and compressing the discs between its bones. Sometimes too much spinal pressure on a disc can cause it to bulge out and press on a nerve, causing the nerve to get inflamed and signal pain that just won’t let up. Our bodies have more than 50 nerves off the spinal cord.

Vitamin B12

A vitamin B12 supplement boost helps to ease your back pain by encouraging your body to thicken its protective coating around your nerves, so they don’t “short circuit” and cause pain. Take just 1 to 2 mg daily.

Capsaicin

Block your nerves’ pain impulses with a capsaicin cream. Rub the healing cream on your neck and back muscles for relief. You’ll probably experience a burning sensation; capsaicin is the same ingredient that gives chili peppers their spicy kick! Apply it three times daily for any chronic pain. Believe it or not, two sprays of capsaicin spray can also help stop a headache in minutes!

Joint Pain Relief
Of course, pain doesn’t just confine itself to the neck and back. Many of us experience aches in our joints, especially as we age. As the years pass, our joints’ smooth surfaces roughen as natural lubrication and cartilage diminish, resulting in friction and pain. The following two solutions will help to combat joint pain.

Boswellia Extract
Boswellia, also known as Indian frankincense, is an herbal extract that alleviates joint pain by reducing cartilage damage. Available at health stores, be sure to purchase boswellia extract with a concentration of at least 40% to get the most benefits. Take at least 300mg daily to reduce joint pain and increase mobility.

Powdered Ginger
The oils contained in ginger reduce inflammation at the site of the joint. Take a half-teaspoon a few times a day for the next 7 days by adding the powdered ginger to hot water in the mornings, stirring it into your lunchtime lemonade, or concocting whatever ginger drink tastes best to you! You can also take a ginger tablet or capsule in doses of 1 to 4 grams every day either all at once or divided into smaller doses.

Finally, here are three all-over pain solutions to help you lead a pain-free lifestyle.

Intense Pain Relief: ArnicaWhen your pains intensify without warning – say a sore back, shoulder or knee – try all-natural arnica gel. It’s made from a type of flower, is available in any health food store, and – according to one study – reduces stiffness and pain as effectively as ibuprofen gel with fewer side effects. You can even use arnica gel to treat arthritis pain! Apply it up to 3 times a day, making sure not to rub it on broken skin so as to avoid irritation.

Full-Body Pain Preventer: Pelvic Power Tilt
This simple move stops pain before it starts, by taking a whole-body approach. When one part of your body hurts, the rest of it compensates by taking on additional muscular stress and strain, leading to even more pain and creating a vicious cycle. The pelvic power tilt stabilizes and strengthens your whole body by targeting your core.

Simply lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Pull your belly button in toward your spine and hollow it out. Then lift your pelvis slightly off the floor – only an inch – then slowly lower back down, repeating 20 times.

This easy move can be done anytime, anywhere around the house. Do it 2 to 3 times a week to protect your entire body from pain.

Pain Reset: Positional Release Therapy
Before you endure another day with spasms or sore muscles, shut down your pain in 90 seconds or less with positional release therapy.

This technique is strong enough to get rid of your pain, but gentle enough to be used in any age group, and only needs to be done once a week. It’s a low-risk way to reset the body by positioning the body in a strain-counter strain method, alleviating any type of pain from your neck, elbow, leg, arthritis pain, or even menstrual cramps.

Find the tender point that hurts the most. Then, take a pencil and use the eraser end to press down on the tender point for about 90 seconds. As you press down, rotate the eraser to work out the muscle while simultaneously relaxing the area by taking deep breaths.

Positional release therapy breaks the pattern of pain in the muscle, melting away tightness. When you hold the eraser down on the spot, it signals your nerves to relax that spasm of pain, providing the instant relief your body needs.

As you work on reducing and managing your pain, take the opportunity to strengthen your body. By changing the structures of the body, you can minimize pain. You can achieve this through the pelvic power tilt, yoga practice, or other core-strengthening exercises to will help you lead the pain-free lifestyle you deserve.

Eating Lemon Peel

Eating Lemon Peel

Lemon not only tastes delicious but it can also help stimulate good health. When applied topically, it can also do wonders for our skin and hair. Most of the time when focusing on the benefits of lemons, people tend to think of lemon juice, but lemon peel can be just as effective as it has some enzymes that help us live a healthier life.

Benefits of Eating Lemon Peel

The scientific name of the lemon peel is citrus limonum whether it is fresh or dried and this part of the lemon can be used for many medical, cooking and cosmetic purposes. Both consuming it and using it topically has helped those who suffer from scurvy, cholesterol, acne, heart issues and others. That is because it contains many essential vitamins, minerals and enzyme.

1. Decrease Cholesterol Level

Eating lemon peel can help decrease the body’s cholesterol level which in turn can promote better heart health. In addition, the potassium found in the peel can help maintain blood pressure levels. The peels are able to lower LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) because of the polyphenol flavonoids. In addition, the vitamins C and P help clear the blood vessels and by doing so reduce the risk of developing certain conditions such as diabetic heart disease, heart disease and high blood pressure.

2. Fight Cancer

We already mentioned that two of the nutrients in lemon peel are limonene and salvestrol Q40 and these two components both fight cancerous cells. In addition, the flavonoids that can be found in the peel can help counter cancerous cell division. Because of that, eating lemon peel is considered a preventive action against several types of cancers such as skin, colon and breast.

3. Improve Bone Health

In order to develop strong, healthy bones, we need to ingest a good quantity of calcium and lemon peel contains this in addition to vitamin C. because of this, eating lemon peel has shown to help prevent osteoarthritis, inflammatory polyarthritis, bone fractures, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis.

4. Boost Immunity and Digestion

Lemon peel contains essential nutrients including vitamin C which allow the body to resist infections as well as the subsequent ailments. Because of this, eating lemon peel is considered a good method for treating sore throat, flu, cold and similar infections. It can also help boost healthy digestion due to its dietary fiber that encourages healthy bowel movements.

5. Improve Oral Health

A deficiency in vitamin C can lead to several gum and dental problems such as gingivitis, bleeding gums and scurvy. Because lemon peel is rich in citric acid and vitamin C, it is able to prevent these and other related gum and dental problems.

6. Neutralize Free Radicals

Free radicals are unpaired electrons that occur in our body’s cells and they are responsible for certain health problems including autoimmune diseases, swelling, aging, heart issues and some types of cancer. Lemon peels contains vitamin C which can help neutralize these free radicals and therefore prevent those health concerns. Free radicals are also associated with blood vessel damage so vitamin C is also able to help maintain healthy blood circulation.

7. Improve Skin Condition

Free radicals play an important role in signs of aging and skin problems such as dark spots, acne, pigmentation and wrinkles. The citric acid and vitamin C in lemon peel help purify blood vessels as well as remove the impurities found in skin cells which in turn promotes healthy skin. In addition, the antioxidants in lemon peel detoxify the skin, making it great for pimples and acne. While there are topical options, consuming the peel is ideal.
One option for topical application is the following: cut the lemon into two to four pieces, squeezing the juices into a bowl. Cut up the lemon peel and mix it into the juice, storing the mixture somewhere cool and dry. Add an optional teaspoon of honey and apply it to your face. Leave it on for around 5 minutes before rinsing.

8. Boost Metabolism and Reduce Weight

One of the elements in lemon peel is pectin which has been shown to help in weight loss. This substance has some properties that will convert it into a jelly which prevents your body from absorbing excessive quantities of sugar, helping maintain your weight.

Cautions and Tips for Eating Lemon Peel

1. Wash Properly and Go Organic

You must wash lemon peel before eating it as pesticides or insecticides may have been used during the growing process. Lemons that have been shipped great distances may contain a wax coating that prevents damage but it can be made using animal, plant or insect based products. Therefore, it is best to opt for organically grown peels.

2. Be Aware Of Crystallization

Lemon peels contain a high amount of oxalates which are found in humans. When we have high concentrations of oxalates it can lead to problems which are associated with crystallization such as kidney or gallbladder stones. Therefore if you already suffer from these problems, avoid eating lemon peel.

Treating Migraines With Lavender

Treating Migraines With Lavender

Lavender has been studied recently for several purposes, including treatment of mood and anxiety disorders (see, for example, the video I profiled in my last post, Lavender for Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Though it’s better known for its analgesic (pain-killing) properties, there hasn’t been a single documented clinical trial on lavender for the treatment of migraine headaches, which affect tens of millions of Americans every year. That is, until now: “Lavender Essential Oil in the Treatment of Migraine Headache: A Placebo-Controlled Clinical Trial.”
Migraine sufferers were asked—at the early signs of headache—to rub two to three drops of lavender essential oil onto their upper lip and inhale its vapor for a 15-min period, then score the severity of their headache for the next two hours. In the control group they did the same thing, but with drops of unscented liquid wax instead. Neither group was allowed to use any painkillers. In the lavender group 74 percent of patients had an improvement in their symptoms—significantly better than placebo.

Although lavender wasn’t directly compared to more conventional treatments and outcome measures differed, as you can see in the associated video Lavender for Migraine Headaches, lavender appears to stack up pretty well against typical migraine drugs. Lavender helped about three quarters of the time; high dose Tylenol may only work about half the time; and Ibuprofen 57% of the time. The top prescription drug, generic Imitrex, is effective 59% of the time, and the hardcore treatment they use in emergency rooms where they inject you under the skin works 70% of the time. Fortunately all of these work better than the original migraine therapy, known as trepanning, where doctors drilled holes in our head to let the evil spirits escape!

The lavender researchers concluded that the results of the study suggest that inhalation of lavender essential oil may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches.

Migraine sufferers may also want to experiment with avoiding potential triggers such as aspartame (see my video Diet Soda and Preterm Birth). Saffron may also help with headaches (Saffron for the Treatment of PMS) as well may the avoidance of certain parasites (Pork Tapeworms on the Brain and Avoiding Epilepsy Through Diet). A note of caution, though: Pregnant migraine sufferers seeking natural remedies should be wary of advice they may get (Dangerous Advice From Health Food Store Employees).

What’s better than treating your pain with natural remedies? Not having pain in the first place! Those eating healthy diets are less likely to be on pain medications in general (Say No to Drugs by Saying Yes to More Plants). See, for example:

Rejection into Growth

http://healthowealth.bookweb.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/72.jpg
Getting rejected, whether it's for a career position or in a relationship, can be one of the most challenging events you'll ever experience. So it may be hard to believe that there is a silver lining when it comes to rejection, but it's true!

There are some positives about being rejected and it's not difficult to embrace them if you take pause to reflect and re-frame them - so let's begin...

Consider these points whenever you've gone through an experience involving rejection:

1. You get a "do over." A rejection likely signals an end of something. Perhaps it's the end of a romantic relationship. Or maybe it's the end of going through a tedious process of a job search.

* Whatever the case, when a rejection occurs, something new is about to begin. Maybe you'll be able to date again. Perhaps you'll settle back in to your current job with renewed efforts.

* You get to start over when rejection occurs and that can be a real "plus." Recognize it.

2. You have time to reflect on the rejection. You can ask yourself, "What part did I play in this situation?"

* When you ponder how you behaved, the actions you took, and how you might have affected others throughout whatever transpired before and during the rejection, it can be enlightening.

* Take a few moments to think about how you conducted yourself through the situation. Be glad for the time you now have to increase your self-awareness.

* Figuring out anything you might have done or not done can help you with a different approach in the future.

3. Ask yourself, "What, if anything, do I want to change about myself?"
If you wish to change something about yourself, go for it! Especially after a rejection, it's good to re-focus back on yourself for a while and embrace your excellence - seeking ways to become even better on a multitude of levels.

4. Acknowledge the fate aspect of the situation. Perhaps it was fate. There may be something more fulfilling, enticing, or adventurous waiting for you around the next corner.

* Often what seems like rejection, may in fact be the Universe opening a new door. Your "job" is to simply welcome the opportunityand stay open to what is about to unfold.

5. Take the bull by the horns and make some plans for your future. What life goals do you have? What do you need to be doing right now to get closer to achieve them? Put some plans into place so you know exactly where you're headed.

* Use the clarity you have after the rejection to motivate and propel you to new heights .

6. What did you learn from the experience? Jot down what you learned about yourself, the situation, the other person involved, the interview process, or whatever else it may be.

* Perhaps you learned to prepare more for your interviews in the future. Maybe you discovered you should have listened to your gut when it told you not to get involved with that person. Perhaps you realize now that you gave too much in a situation without expecting anything in return.

* Figure out what you learned from the process. You will undoubtedly be able to use that information later.

7. Get to the point where you can say, "It was worth it." Every life experience gives us something. After you figure out what you learned, then you can acknowledge that whatever you went through was worth it.

 * Once you have acknowledged it - let it go. It's over and you can't change the past, so don't continue to dwell on it once you have completed this internal assessment. Accept it as a gift of growth and be grateful for having had the experience and move forward with renewed enthusiasm! The silver lining of rejection allows you a "do over." You get time to think about the part you played in the situation. You get an opportunity to make changes in yourself and acknowledge that fate took its course. You have a renewed option to make plans for your future and determine what you learned from the experience. Ultimately, the silver lining is that you can say, "It was worth it."

Learn to move forward with confidence and purpose after a rejection...
Rediscover your passion for life.
