18 inches and 5 lbs of Zucchini
lovely inside! Even the seeds were light and dender
the smaller half barely fit to shred...had to cut it in half half way through shredding it

The whole zucchini shredded into 2 medium bowls and one large one
I then salted and squeezed out as much liquid as I could...then froze 2 medium zip lock bags and left a bowl full to continue draining for fritters tomorrow
