Earth Runners - Earthing sandals

 Very excited to share my third brand purchase of Earthing shoes.  These are a very minimal option for footwear, when you want to stay connected to the earth but don't want to be 100% barefoot. Great for minimalist running.  I bought two pairs from EarthRunners. The first pair is the 

 Circadian Earth Runners (Conductive laces +$7, With Inserts +$14, With Bedding +$10, 5.5 Men / 7.5 Women)= $86

They aren't cheap, but I love the idea of these sandals. As you can see the extra earthing inserts and laces added to the cost, and essential for me as they were the purpose of the shoes for me. The Circadian runners are very flexible as you can see, they bend with ease in one hand. They have minimal strapping but enough to hold the sandal in place on your foot, allowing you to run and jump in them without losing them.

The Circadian Earth Runners features a custom molded 6mm high performance Vibram tread that offers the closest thing to going barefoot. The signature lacing system features a locking buckle that combines adjustability and comfort into a free and easy ride.

You can choose a size from their website or do an outline of your foot, as demonstrated in a video before ordering. 

Earth Runner’s barefoot technology allows for energy flow between the foot and earth. Both the copper inserts and conductive laces ground you electrically by allowing electron transfer from the planet – direct to your body.

The Quantum on the other hand have a cork base that's very sturdy if you want something more solid on the ground, and with pressure I couldn't get it to bend much at all with one hand. 

Features a 4mm thick molded cork-latex footbed that cups the heel with zero drop from heel to toe. With increased wear, footbeds become more form-fitting and customize to your unique foot shape. The Quantum contoured footbed offers all day comfort.

You can choose between 2mm mild tread or 4mm heavy tread. I opted for the 2mm for more flexibility.

These ones require a custom fit, so I sent in a outline of my foot and the sizing was perfect.  

Here’s the problem. Living indoors disconnects us from our natural electric state & hinders our bodies ability to tell time.
