The shake is a Toxin Remover shake needed to be taken 2hrs after my last meal, 1hr before bed. I small scoop with 7oz of fresh apple juice. It was delicious! The ingredients are psyllium, weathered volcanic ash, and ginger root...I could only taste the apple and ginger.
